VERY DISAPPOINTED! I order these somewhat regularly and have NEVER had this issue. They are always on a plastic bag (not these). The carbon was all over everything in the box i received, including my white Sleep gown. Thankfully I was able to save the gown. The price is great however these appear as re-dos...not brand new...

The box the filters should have been in was tore up. The soft part of the filters were tore and charcoal was everywhere.

I get twice as many at this price compared to what I was paying in the store.

Filters don’t last more that a few weeks but filters very easy to change out and fairly inexpensive.

This is the easiest to use, most complete, and easiest to use kit on Earth. It has guided me thru my new Aquarium and I am so satisfied! This fron a 50 year okd aquarium aficionado. Thank you!
