Ordered this as a gift, the box arrived with a larg cut through the whole side but wrapped it up nicely regardless and gave it to our friends. Then the biggest embarrassment came when they opened the box in front of everyone and saw that actually the toilet came broken on the back of it.

The item arrived in good condition. The parents of the toddler for whom it was bought told me that it was easy to assemble. It is well made, sturdy and the child likes it - especially the flushing sound! They think that this product will definitely help to make the training process easier.

Much smaller than expected

The flush component comes apart so easily my daughter is always throwing it around, I wish that was more durable but other than that a great seat
