I only have shoulder length hair but it is thick and this clip holds all of it up nicely. The clips are easy to use and they are are tight but not too tight. I love the color assortment and that you get so many clips. I have no excuse for my hair clips not to match my outfit. They are a matte finish.

One arrived broken. The others are as pictures and in usable condition. My hair is almost down to my butt and they hold it all up. I do have fine hair though. They probably dont open wide enough for super thick hair

I can do ponytails, buns, etc. with ease. Theyre super nice for on the go when my hair wont cooperate with a hair tie. The colors are super cute and dont rub away. These claw clips are plastic, but durable. Ive now been using them almost daily for at least a month or so, and they havent broken. I have a lot of long but fine hair, and they hold my hair well, and I dont have to readjust the clip very often. These clips have been a great purchase :)
