I liked the thickness and protection. It stayed in place and was not hard to remove.

Using this material to make a Metatarsal Pad under the foot as well as a U-pad for a callus. Glue is very sturdy and the quarter inch material can be stacked as need to support your needs. For me this was the best deal for the price. This works in the short-term.

I use a lot of pre cut metatarsal and arch pads, I thought I would save money and cut them out of this roll myself. This is crap, nothing at all like the precut ones I buy. This is far less dense, it flattens out instantly and offers no support and the adhesive is a joke, they don’t stick at all. The precut ones are painful to pull off the adhesive is so strong. Disappointed, had to return this, it’s useless.

The one thing I do not like is the ease of removing the adhesive protecting glossy backing. It takes some time.

My toe needed the padding, great comfort.

I’m diabetic and I was purchasing expensive, thick, pre-cut patches to prevent blisters on the bottom of my feet, and I thought I would give this product a try. I believe it’s the same material that the patches are made from, and with it I’m able to cut out custom shaped patches (probably 100’s out of one roll) for a fraction of the cost. It sticks fairly well, but I put an X of medical tape on it to keep it in place (this is something I had to do with the pre-cut patches also) for walking, etc. (you’ll want to purchase a bottle of medical grade adhesive remover, and some cotton balls to get the glue off!) This product is high quality, and I recommend it.

I used this for an offload to a foot wound, I doubled the thickness and it worked great. One small issue was how fiddly and tenacious the backing was - it did not want to come off, and sometimes took several minutes to remove. Once on it was set and did the trick.

I bought this previously and used it down to the last piece. Used it to pad shoes and delicate skin on feet to prevent blisters and rubbing.
