Very good item. Had an older level for many years that I was pleased with, but this is another generation and a leap forward.

It looks like Im unlucky. I purchased this level to replace an identical model that I have owned for 7 years, along with 3 other Stabila levels. Unfortunately I left it in a position where it was easy to knock over, which is not like me as Im very protective of my tools. Anyway, This replacement level is 1mm out of level over its length, which is simply not acceptable for a tool at this price. It seems that others posting on here are happy with their purchases so It would seem I got a dud! Im sending it back to Amazon and will probably go to a tool shop to replace this, so that I can check the calibration before I buy.

Stabila makes in my opinion the best level in the world. This level is compact for getting inside of small areas and has been one of my favorites. You really cant go wrong with this brand.
