I ordered this to get updated maps in my 2015 Ford Explorers navigation system. Installation is as simple as removing the old navigation SD card, inserting the new one, and then drive. On the first install, the system takes a minute or so to load the navigation, and after that it is same as before. This card is for the continental USA (lower 48 states) plus Canada. I have not noticed any issues or problems, the product functions as expected. Easiest update ever. Recommended!

I popped out my A12 card from my F-150 and installed this A13 map SD Card and everything worked just as expected. Super easy and hassle free! What more could you ask for?

I have a 2016 Ford explorer it had a A7 chip in I put the new one in yeah it was simple to put it in but then I tried the destination in it was the same eta time as the old one do it didn’t update nothing

I purchased this item from another seller, and it did not work in my 2011 Explorer. I was reluctant to try again thinking that I would have to buy it from the dealer at a much higher price. I decided to try one more time from another seller and this one worked. Highly recommend this item from this seller.

Spend the extra money for the real thing. Doesn’t show smaller roads. Gives out of the way directions. Doesn’t even have some addresses that aren’t new. Waste of money.

The map functions well and the cost verses OEM is a bonus.

This seems to be giving me the maps I need for my Ford Escape. Our new law in Ohio makes it illegal to use or hold our cell phones in our hand so I’m glad to have my car’s navigation system running with an updated version of maps so I’m not tempted to pick up my phone which might cause a fine or worse, an accident, which is what the state is trying to avoid with its new law!

Worked great - just removed my SD Card (A4) and replaced with the A14 card. Walah - instant Map/Nav update. Took the Sync system a few minutes to install/upload all the data but what a great alternative to the $500 factory update. No issues with guidance or routes noticed yet and Ive had it for a couple of weeks now.
