Ok so i have never had a problem with Amazon. so as I start putting them on, I notice one didnt work. No problem right maybe just a bad bulb. Kept installing and kept running thru same problem about 4 times. So I stop as im goin thru look at all bulbs in box and SEE USED BULBS THAT ARENT LEDS. There was about 5 bulbs that werent LEDA, BAD BULBS TOO.

Lots of bulbs for little dough. So far they seem to be ok, but one bulb is already fading so I can’t yet speak to their longevity. If the rest make it, I’ll leave an update. They did arrive quickly with all bulbs intact.

I am thrilled I found these. I’ve strung three strands of G40 halogen patio bulbs. I’ve had nothing but issues with halogen bulbs burning out on a near constant basis. After replacing about 25 with halogen replacement bulbs, I purchased these and I am thrilled to have found them. They are ever-so-slightly more “white” than the existing halogen bulbs. However, there’s not a big difference in temperature color (think 2400K vs 2200K). So far, a few months in, I’ve had no LED bulb burnouts. One did have some water intrusion, but 1/25 isn’t bad, at all. I also like the impact resistant plastic housing. They’ll likely withstand Texas storms and wind much better than their halogen counterparts.
