I bought this for my parents to use when babysitting my niece. Some people don’t like to admit they are getting older, but even my parents said they would like to have one of these for keeping an 18 month old reined in after she learns she can run away in public. I bought this one because of the style thinking my niece will be excited to be a butterfly with real wings. I also got one for her with these same safety features (harness & wrist tethers) in the style of a ladybug. I’ll try to update when we see how the toddler takes to it. I thought getting one with the wrist tethers was important to initially encourage wear if she’s leery. My parents can pretend to link it to each other showing that you always have a “buddy” when you’re walking down the sidewalk or in stores. I checked with a dr before purchasing a device like this. She thinks they are great things for a child’s physical safety and a guardian’s mental health. The bit of golden advice: when outside in your yard or a playground it’s fine to go without. However, even if you’re only walking 2 houses down, put the child in it. Otherwise you are sending mixed signals where the child will not know the difference between a short walk and a crowded mall at Christmas.

I bought it as a gift and my friend loves it. Her daughter is extremely active and this gives mom control and her daughter freedom but in a safe way. I use mine with my grandson and we take nice walks.

We have a very busy toddler. She doesn’t want to sit in the grocery cart when we are shopping and always wants to run everywhere. This has been a godsend! She knows when it goes on she can’t run everywhere. It took a few times for her to get used to it but now she asks for it. The cute butterfly makes her want to show everyone her wings and I’m not worried about my child trying to run into the street on a walk or through the parking lot of a store.

I purchased this to have a peace of mind when in large crowds with my toddler. She loves to walk. However, tends to run off from time to time. This leash literally puts all of my worries at ease. She loves her butterfly leash so much that she often wears it as an accessory even around the house! Make the purchase. You won’t be disappointed, your children will be safe, and you’ll have a great peace of mind while out in public!

The butterfly piece doesnt fit my 4 year old properly when wearing it with the leash it pull up to there throat area and rubs it red the wrist bracelets are awkward to use.

Bought it for my 15 month old daughter who’s always on the move. I wanted something cute but functional. I have no regrets buying it it’s easy to use, so far holding up very well (it’s a little loose but she’s small). It’s very light weight and comfortable and she doesn’t seem to even notice it’s on when wearing it

My daughter and I both loved using this. It is comfortable for the wearer and parent, it gives the child the perfect amount of space to walk, and it doesnt have a large footprint overall so you dont feel ridiculous using it. Ive been thinking of getting one of these for 8 years since my first child was born and definitely should have just done it back then. I didnt give a hoot who was looking or if they were, this keeps my baby safe in a crowd! If anything, people thought it was clever and responsible. If youre thinking about picking one of these up, just do it!
