The computer is not working properly. It freezes. We can’t get the glitching to stop. It is horrible. We have had it 2 weeks. It is useless and we want to return it. Something this expensive should not be having theses issues.

Sounds not working upon arrival. I had to troubleshoot, update, call tech, restore it and waste days trying to fix it .

Within 60 days of purchase, this computer developed a critical memory management error caused by hardware problems, as detected by the Window Memory Diagnostic Tool. This causes the computer to lose information or stop working, causing the blue screen of death.

... but not much of a hard disk. Not a problem, I have more than enough HDD externally. I like it very much my last one lasted close to 15 years. Hope this one does it also.

Nice laptop but crashed in 2 months. Warranty required shipping to repair center and loss of use for at least a week. Bad deal.

This computer overheated immediately. Within 15 minutes of the initial charge, it was hot enough to burn my hand. Waited a day, tried again, same problem.
