I had this Acer Laptop for three weeks and everything seemed fine. Then one night I go to shut it off and it gives me the option to update it just prior to being shut off.

Great computer for simple use. Runs video well. Screen is clear and crisp. I had an issue and sent it back to the seller and they fixed it immediately and got it back to me in great time.

Love Acer products got the monitor also. Laptop very fast, blue light screen reduces glare. Tons of storage.

It seems to be a great computer for the money but the the support is really bad. First of all they do not provide a correct serial number on the bottom of the laptop. I have been going from the seller to Amazon to Acer trying to resolve the issue with the Serial number. They just wear you down until you give up.

This laptop offers pretty good specs. It’s not a power system or a gaming machine but it’s great for general use. The screen is good but definitely depends on angle of view for best results. Very fast boot up. Loads and runs software with ease. It does a decent job with most games. I’ve played a couple of older Call of Duty games with good results. Plenty of storage on the very fast SSD 1TB drive.

Fast to boot, enough storage for now. Screen is amazing. Top quality!
