> 24 hourSo at first, I loved the computer. It came next day, beautiful color, worked wonderfully. And then a few weeks go by, I’m extremely careful with it and then the screen starts to mess up. Lines start showing up, the screen starts fading to black, I can’t do anything but restart it. Screen begins to flicker. I’m very upset since I’ve had it less than a month and having to return it.

> 24 hour2 chromebooks bought from this seller, one of them kepting malfunction by repeating whole set up process over and over. Return and bought 3rd through them, set up went good and nearly 2 months passed. The new receive from return prompted update and restart, so I restarted and its never ending prompt of Your system is repairing itself for the past hour and still going. It shows top timer to 53-56 seconds then a second timer counts down 3:50 only to shut off and pop back on to do exact same thing. Look on the back label to see this is 2 years old! I bought these for my daughters schooling. Beware of this seller, might be best to go to actually store for these purchases.

> 24 hourPurchased the computer May 11, 2020. That makes it less than two months in my home. It no longer boots/powers on. Using Acers online support, found a lot of other owners who have same issue. It is obviously a known hardware issue as a search online finds the same results. Attempted to request service through the online request form, email returned with Acer NOT ACCEPTING REPAIRS DUE TO COVID. As such, warranty and computer are both useless although Acer is now in receipt of my money. I will be working with Amazon to request a refund as this in unacceptable. Total piece of junk. Buyer beware as both computer and support are worthless. Would have given ZERO stars if possible. JUNK.
