Laptop doesnt have the newest feel and software, but is a good deal, works well, and isnt that old of a model. Stylus and sleeve are nice, nice chrome 2 in 1, overall!

My daughter was using our 5-year old Chromebook that was on its last leg and this was a nice, and cost effective refresh. She loves to create art and draw and the stylus with touch screen keep her busy.

Its a very simple laptop to use and although a bit limiting its great for simple-to-go things!

I don’t know where Amazon or whoever thinks people get the money from to pay for something like a laptop. I rarely ever leave a bad review. I literally just got this today to work with my son who has autism and needs to work with some extra online activities and also is attending school online thanks to the Coronavirus. On day 1. UPON RECEIVING THIS FAULTY ASS PRODUCT. IT IS NOT CHARGING. How can you be okay with sending a paying customer, a laptop that doesn’t charge????

Ive had 3 different chromebooks over the years and use them for work as a teacher. This one is amazing. A lot of machine for the money. Its very fast and snappy. I have yet to see it slow down with at least 8 tabs open, another window or two running in the background and doesnt even effect this machine.

bought this as a replacement for my samsung tablet (loved my tab, didnt like not having a keyboard).

Does everything a much more expensive ipad does.

Thing is a pile of junk. Cannot sign into this with a student/school account or use Google classroom on the device. How is it a Google product cannot work on a google based chrome OS?! Makes no sense. Also tried calling customer service and their recommendation was to connect my internet service provider, but only after having me hold the power button for 30 seconds. Dont waste your time with this, get a pc!

Update: 5 days later it stopped charging and wont turn on. Ive tried all of the troubleshooting options. Its now in a box on its way back to where it came from.

This is amazing, especially for the price. It was bought to be a work computer but everyone in the house wants one! You can create amazing art, it bends back easily, its sturdy, has exceptional battery life. Its display is super high quality, the Google integration is great. I searched for hours, and I am so glad I got this one!
