Really love this slick artists laptop. The Wacom pen is small, which I was a bit nervous about, but its very comfortable to use and sensitive. Such a game changer to have a responsive touch screen that I can easily zoom in and out and rotate with my free hand while I draw with my right. The adjustable angled screen is going to change the market for drawing laptops. I just cant imagine using a laptop without this feature now. The chassis is a bit heavy, but its of quality material, and the sunset glow in the keyboard is really unique and pretty. The screen is Pantone certified, which is a relief after having used a laptop with colors that just didnt translate well among other devices. Plenty of memory to run my favorite games, and they look awesome! I also really appreciated the fact that Acer packaged this laptop without any plastic! Ingenious cardboard packaging design that actually felt even more high end. Obviously, I recommend this laptop to anyone who does digital art.

I am an artist which is why I decided to get this laptop. What I love about this Concept 3 Ezel laptop is how versatile it is. The laptop’s weight is balanced which makes it comfortable to use as a tablet when working. The stylus is superb, and the screen is RGB calibration is accurate which is a must when doing graphic art. The addition of a GTX 1650 is nice which adds a new dimension to this laptop. The 14 inch screen quality is excellent and its responsiveness to the stylus is accurate. I really enjoy using this laptop in my daily usage which is why I highly recommend it.

The touch pad and keyboard sometimes totally turns of and doesnt work until you restart the laptop I dont knwo if it is a software problem or not.

I like the speed, feel, and features of this notebook. The screen in beautiful. And the pen works nicely. I like the feel of the keypad and usually I dont like typing on a laptop keyboard. This feels very comfortable.

I thought it was just an issue with my laptop, until I checked the reviews and saw multiple others having the same issues. The actual laptop is pretty great. But there seems to be a pretty severe issue with the GPU. It is constantly BSODing, and after it recovers from it the GPU will remain disconnected and requires multiple restarts reenable. I sent it in to Acer Repair and they sent it back saying they couldnt reproduce it. I find it a little hard to believe, since all you have to do is turn on the laptop and it will BSOD eventually.

Sometimes the pen bugs out after a few seconds of using it, but it should start working again once you put it back in and take it out again.

Llevo un mes con el equipo y funciona excelente. Muy bueno como herramienta para las clases que dicto. La pantalla tactil funciona perfecto. Excelente equipo. Lo único es que el lector de huella a veces no funciona bien, pero eso lo he visto en otras marcas, tengo un HP y también a veces no funciona. Sería genial que tuviera el de rostro, como una Surfacebook de Microsoft que tengo, es espectacular, siempre funciona.

Good computer, I fully recommend

I received the laptop 7 days ago and installed a pen display. After a sleep mode, the driver was lost and an error blue screen was shown. I tried no start the pc againg and the graphics card didnt work well and crashed with blue screen several times. I tried to correct the error and tried a safe boot and windows didnt recognize my password and there was no option to return to normal boot again or connect to internet. I had to reset windows and install all the software again. Then I tried connecting another monitor and it worked half an hour. Then the displays blinked with black screen and the drivers were deactivated by windows. Then I tried to restart the pc and there was a blue screen again. I tried to install new drivers from nvidia but they work only minutes and crash my pc over and over if I try to connect a second monitor.
