Definitely a great laptop for gaming. The price-performance ratio is guaranteed. The chassis materials are very plastic, but if you use it carefully there would be no problem.

Ive had this laptop for a little over a month now, and it runs really well. Fans are a little loud and I could see scenarios where it could get a little hot if it cant ventilate effectively. It handles virtually everything Ive thrown at it from office work, college stuff, to high end games on max settings.

Ive been using the Acer Nitro 17 Gaming Laptop for a couple of weeks now, and Im absolutely loving it. Its a powerful and affordable gaming machine thats perfect for both casual and hardcore gamers.

Purchased this as a work computer to use with zbrush modeling software and it was quickly confiscated by my son. lol. His desktop was getting dated and the fact that this laptop seems to have a more current CPU, GPU and such really got him excited. Once he tried it he fell in love and all the current games are playing for him at full graphical settings. Set it up with an accompanying Acer Predator gaming monitor and it runs even better. Very happy with the purchase and quality of the setup.

This Acer laptop is awesome. I own several Acer gaming laptops and this product adds to my arsenal. It has a wide screen with awesome colors. The solid state hard drive is massive and has plenty of punch for multitasking purposes. The laptop is highly responsive and fast and doesn’t even blink an eye when loading or putting it through heavy usage. Set up was simple enough and as usual lots of updates were required to be downloaded (which is normal) during any setup of a new device. I did not encounter any hiccups just smooth installation! The laptop doesn’t run hot even during heavy usage. The product is heavier than my other Acer laptops but this baby has a much larger screen to view. The keyboard is laid out properly and is very responsive and it has decent speakers to boot. I have played some games on it without any tearing or slowdown. . Boot up time is pretty fast and so far I’m very happy to recommend this product. This product is a great choice for those looking for a nice gaming product. Buy one and be happy!

Great Gaming PC for those unable to have a desktop computer who still don’t want to sacrifice performance. (So long as the fans have proper clearance) I’ve been using it for a few months with no overheating issues or really any negative experience with the laptop at all! Unfortunately hours before writing this review my laptop managed to find its way out of a moving car window at 15 MPH. After a full test of the laptop theirs no damage to report excepts for some very minor surface scratches. All considered this purchase was well worth the money spent.
