Just bought this laptop and it arrived yesterday. I can confirm this laptop is great for everything I need it to do, it runs games amazing and is very fast. The problem is with the screen and it being a new product I wouldnt expect something like this to be a problem. The screen flickers almost like an old TV without service, it doesnt effect the way the laptop performs at all except it is something that shouldnt be there. It happens when the laptop is under a little stress, for example on the internet or playing games essentially anything I do on this laptop it flickers. Tried updating drivers and no one else has this problem which makes me believe that I just have a bad Apple. Hopefully with this one being returned and receiving another one I can fully enjoy a great laptop without any problems.

This is a great laptop I was going to save for the Helios 500 but just got this one cuz its $1,000 less very awesome and great laptop I like it alot.

Plays all triple A games on high or ultra, battery isnt the best when gaming but to be expected. Mine hasnt had any problems with the thermals that others have had.

I purchased this laptop to accompany me as I travel and for an easier way to use VR with friends and family. The laptop has a great M.2 SSD that loads super quickly and will take from me off to desktop and usable in about 15-20 seconds.

I was highly skeptical of this laptop as it seemed like a too good to be true price for the features packed into it, but after 8 weeks or so of tweaking and testing Ive managed to figure it out well. Heres my summary:

Sad i cant give it 0 stars fell in love with the stats failed right out of the box reached out 2 times to be repaired through warranty havent had it back or heard any news on it accept try back tomorrow its been nearly a month of that not worth the headache and after looking into the actual issue it apears to be a known problem not a one off

Great setup for the price every game that I play I can play at the best quality. Only downfall is the battery life and the running temp Id highly recommend getting a fan laptop cooling fan pad and tou will have no issues

Best gaming laptop for an UNBELIEVABLE price! Fast as you want, you can even upgrade it, it’s sturdy and runs all the games at ultra settings. I totally recommend it!!

The laptop is well built and performs well for gaming with the 144hz screen, but the screen does have some screen bleed towards the top that isnt noticeable during regular use, unless the screen is black. However, the battery life is horrid, as expected from a gaming laptop and the laptop does not use the GPU for gaming, unless it is plugged in. Frame rate goes down from 144 fps to 30 fps when unplugged from battery, so if that is a concern for you, do not purchase. Also, there would be occasional massive frame drops in games like Fortnite where the fps would drop to 10-30 fps for 3-10 seconds. I fixed this by disabling GameDVR using regedit, which you can search up tutorials on how to do so. Also, its been about 2 weeks and my Black Ops 4 code has still not been sent and I doubt it will ever be sent.
