Battery life and does make a lot of noise those are the issues with it. That and comparability

a fan does not work. play high, only 1 fan works.

It was undoubtedly the best price-quality option. Works perfect with architectural or gaming software requirements.

At first, I was amazed by the price–performance ratio of this laptop. However, the laptop just kept crashing and wouldnt turn on after I installed a system update. I took it to a local repair shop, and the guy told me that the motherboard was defective. Glad Ive found out this earlier, Im going to return it and get something else. Acer please get better with your quality control.

Bought to play online game. Start up very fast and screen quality is excellent. Overall, this is a good computer.

Just after the warranty time frame. The hard drive decided to die on its own. By force have to sent it back to Acer hoping they fix it and send it back in original condition and no extra damage and for God knows how long. No help from amazon whatsoever. Expecting to keep charging for something that doesnt work. Crapy service and crapy components.

i love it my dad got it for me im using it now just runs out of charge fast if not connected but other than that its very worth it and runs gta fine if any one was wondering

The screen is super low ms response time!!! regret buying this, shoulda gotten something way cheaper. It’s big and bulky, the fan turns on just on startup lmao!!

This is my first gaming laptop and I bought it to use it accordingly, also for work and college. I’ve being using it for a month now and I am very happy with my purchase. I very happy whit the quality of the product and its components. It is fast and can play games fluently.

This is a laptop with a great combination of features and performance at a very attractive price. I play games, but I also wanted a mobile workstation for digital media work - and this laptop is excellent for this. For starters, the screen is really nice. Motion is smooth, color rendition is excellent and the display’s viewing angles give me good flexibility. I use this laptop, and go back to my old laptop - and such a world of difference. Contrast and brightness are great. The screen is an optimum size - balancing usability with portability.
