I got this to use as a second work monitor for my home office. This is a decent computer monitor but there are better options available for the same price that offer a lot more. First, this monitor only comes with a VGA-to-VGA cable and who needs that? It has an HDMI port but doesn’t come with the cable that everyone would use (HDMI-to-HDMI). Second, the monitor height can’t be adjusted (it can only be tilted forward and backward) and it’s pretty low to the table on the included stand so I would need to prop it up with a couple textbooks to get the screen to my desired height. Third, it doesn’t have a VESA mount option in the back so I can’t even put it up on a monitor mount to get around the lack of height adjustability. And last, it doesn’t have any built-in speakers. There are better options available at this price point that don’t have any of these issues so I’m going with one of those instead. Disappointed and would not recommend.

Mucho mejor de lo que esperaba, si estás comparando todavía, no compares más y compra este monitor. Muchas gracias al vendedor y a Amazon.

This has become my primary monitor for a dual screen setup and its a joy to use. the value is there and im very satisfied with it, and yes, I chose this initially because the brand name and price are both good. How lucky to have it all work out very easily.

Good Value and works as expected. I havent had any issues so far. I have it set up in my home office since I work at home. I use it as my second screen with my laptop. Good picture quality.

Major con with this monitor is it has no downward tilt. It can tilt upward just in case you like your monitor on the floor or something. ???? The stand is cheaply made for sure. It also has no swivel or vesa holes for mounting. Perhaps I can cut my desk down 3 inches or so. My neck gets tired looking up at this monitor. A remote would have been nice. No HDMI cable either. Basic monitor, with no frills. It does have a nice picture to it though. So if you can buy this at a low price, it might be all you need.

I like this monitor, using this as a secondary monitor and the wide screen has done awesome work for me. The monitor is very slim which is also a plus point. But comparatively the screen is not as bright as my primary computer, it looks like a matte screen

    Greater than one week

On the left is a Gigabyte m27q. An extreme budget 1440p, 27, 170hz monitor I paid $259 last year. On the right is the Acer SB241YH sold in this listing. Its a 1080p, 23.8, 75hz monitor for $154.99. The $100 difference should be in smaller size and lack of resolution. But instead its smaller size, less resolution AND awful colors, no darks, blocky edges. Its terrible! I am not spoiled by my m27q because this Acer monitor is replacing a super cheap old 24 1080p LED ViewSonic (that died after it drank my coffee) that I used for a 3rd monitor for spreadsheets. That cheap 6 or 8 year old worn out monitor had way better colors than brand new this junk.. Acer you should be ashamed of yourself. There is no way this monitor should be sold for anything over $75-80. At the time of writing this review its back in the box for return.
