This laptop has a great processor held back by the bare minimum amount of RAM (with no upgradable storage) with a sticky trackpad (and a meh screen, but its acceptable at this price point).

While this computer is very fast, there are some problems with it that I find irritaing. The keyboard keys are very hard to see in the daytime. The power supply connection is very poor and Ive already replaced the power cord once. It has very poor sound level.

Full disclosure: Im a Mac guy. I walked away from Windows machines ten years ago and - until recently - have never looked back. But too many people I know still have them and I still get support questions so I figured it was time to see what was new in that field.

I love this laptop, it is thin, light and classy. It’s fast and beautiful picture quality. I don’t know specs and rams and all that stuff but what I do know is this laptop was easy set-up and just overall great quality. I am so happy with this

El equipo funciona de maravilla, fue un regalo para mi esposa, y ella ocupa la lap para Office o búsquedas en la web, nada demandante y pues está muy sobrada la lap, yo la he usado algunas veces para tratar de estresarla un poco con más apps, pero la verdad en ningún momento la he visto que falle. El único punto negativo para ella (pero ya sabía que tenía esa configuración) es el idioma del teclado, cambie el idioma y compré unas estampas y asunto arreglado. Otro pero podría ser que no es posible aumentar la ram, pero hay algunos vídeos en YouTube donde muestran que si es posible, solo es cuestión de esperar a que la garantía finalice y ver si es posible o no .

Superb laptop for the price!! For the people that have Bluetooth issues after updating the driver Ive found that this works. Try turning the computer off via the off button and holding that button down for full minute. This resets the power manager of the device and therefore resets the driver. I followed these instructions which I found after some research with this particular chipset and have had no problem since.

Its a pretty good pc, from flawless fingerprints, back-lit keys, battery life (depend on usage) to multitasking (8 cores). Ive had no issues so far (not hoping either) also lightweight. I just wished it was a touchscreen but am still happy with it. Recommendable pc.
