The using experience is terrible. The network card is very bad. Just after three months, the device cannot to the WiFi.I call on Acer to get a support, every time they let me to reset the internet. But It cannot work. Just waste my time. And after do that a coup times, the device shows a blue screen and cannot to open. For the repairing, I need to ship it to Acer. A very terrible experience.

This laptop just stopped working in less than a year for no reason. Acre doesn’t care to take responsibility. If you want a longer lasting laptop stay away from this Acer Swift X.

Im amazed how well this laptop does for its size and price. Its super responsive for everything, and plays every game I have on the highest settings. Its so small I dont have to think twice about lugging it around like I usually have to do with laptops powerful enough for what I need. Its also nice to be able to use a USB C dock with power and only have one cable to connect and disconnect to hook up to everything. Its also nice that the screen isnt glossy so doesnt reflect everything, yet it looks amazing. The only trade off seems to be its quite plasticky and not the most rugged feeling laptop.

Been using this for a week now and its been doing me wonders. Great for low-end gaming and great for school and normal life activities. The only problem is that the charger is a bit finicky and the fan is a bit loud when gaming but other than that its a 10 outta 10 from me!

I was looking for a 14 inch laptop for my programming classes that wouldn’t break the budget. I found this laptop and decided to buy it. It’s good for multitasking and programming. You can also play games in 1080p. I did decide to add a WD Black SSD to store my games. I think this laptop is a great deal without spending a lot of money.

Totally underwhelmed. It arrived with a ding on the top. Not a dealbreaker. It started off ok, and I used it exclusively for 2 weeks for basic tasks like word processing and surfing the web for research. This did ok for the first month or so, then it just started lagging so badly. Its battery life is horrible, so you will ALWAYS have to have it plugged in. And this is just using something very basic like Microsoft Word and a browser window. It’s humming and getting hot and struggling an hour after firing it up.

This laptop is very light and portable to take where you need to. The gpu and cpu are both very good and the screen looks great. Comes with windows 10 which allowed me to upgrade to 11 upon setup. You would have a hard time finding a similar laptop with these specs at this price point and to also have it be so light. I havent had any issues with it so far, does get a little warm but nothing like some other laptops Ive used. Should be able to get done any editing or designing you have to do on it no problem.

I am accustomed to a more robust use in my laptops. call me old-school I guess. It is not easy to type on with speed or accuracy as the keyboard seems designed for hunt-and-peck. I dont like much about any of the keyboard functions as I use more than the mouse to save time. Theres more, but I will simply put it off to generational differences and this being a product with limited functions that is marketed to a generation of new users. It does hold a charge so I like the battery life and it was highly rated by the tech mags, so I bit. Now, I feel bitten and for the money, burned.

Best laptop I had

I bought this computer to use in college, I use some kinda heavy software like sketchup, autocad, photoshop and illustrator. And for these, the computer seems to be doing very well. I really like de design, cause products with similar specs are usually aimed for gamers and the style is usually very agressive an rough. I like that this one is extremely elegant. The sound has some issues, as I have read across other reviews, but I do not need this aspect to be perfect anyway.
