Music Maker 12 worked very well for me years ago and Music Studio 10 is even better. This is very friendly software for someone who wants to record at home. I realized that times have changed. Earlier this year, I bought a DI box with a free download of other recording software included, that was very nice, but has way more bells and whistles for a guitarist of my age to learn. I want to play guitar, and not be a recording engineer. Studio 10 is very intuitive and easy to grasp after just a few hours of experimenting if youre not experienced at recording. Ive just begun with it, and I know with a younger brain, this software has a lot more potential. The help section is well done.
