Perfect for small business it’s very nice

The printer itself looked solid. But installation and use of this printer is next to impossible. They provide you with a CD to install the driver. Nowadays not one laptop comes with cd drive. So I had to turn to the internet to find the driver. They mention the site to go to to install the driver and guess what. The button that actually downloads the driver doesnt work. I also tried to go to their site (which is all in Chinese) to find another place where I can find the driver but it was no where to be found. I also tried troubleshooting the printer to see if I can install using the USB setting and that doesnt work either. Please save yourself some time and money and dont invest in this product. Im expressing my genuine frustration about this product. I wish they could just provide a link to install the driver here itself and make the dang button to install the driver work!

Item is of good quality. I am pleased with my order

Initially I had some difficulty installing this to work with my POS and cash drawer system. There was no information/link about the driver download etc. I did get feedback from the seller but because I am not an IT person I felt overwhelmed trying to follow their instructions. I got a local IT guy to come in and he was able to get it to work!! It works superbly. Soon after there was a power outage and when it came back on, everything but the printer worked. It wouldn’t print. The IT guy had to reprogram everything again to get it to work. It’s like the settings were reset. Since then I have been reluctant to power off my POS when my shop closes. I simply put it to “sleep” mode for fear the settings will reset. But I will have to restart my PC at some point to get all my updates. Will update this review if there’s anything more to share.

The product I got was OBVIOUSLY used and missing a cable. This product was not listed as a used printer. In fact I had checked the NEW check box in the search parameters when I was looking. Very disappointed!!!
