My dentist recommended this to fight cavities. Seems to work great! My favorite thing about this particular bottle is the dosing lid. You just squeeze the bottle and it fills up the ‘cup’ at the top, so no need to pour it into a loose cup. Great design.

When you use this mouthwash every night before bed, its like a fluoride rinse -- and it helps prevent cavities from forming, especially between a crown and the rest of that tooth. Well worth it!

My dentist recommended this rinse to help my teeth stay in good shape and I’ve been using it now for years. I love the taste and it’s easy to just rinse my mouth after I’ve brushed my teeth before bed. But, it has been sometimes difficult to find it in my locals grocery stores. Amazon to the rescue! Act mouthwash is pleasant tasting. It pays to swish it around your mouth for a minutes before spitting it out to let the fluoride do its work.

Its very easy to use... remove lid, squeeze bottle, and drink out of the measuring chamber at the top of the bottle (and put cap back on). Swish it around for 30 seconds while im doing something else, then spit out. Feels like it cleanses inside my mouth, although i cant prove that. Is supposed to make the tee stronger with flouride.

Was recommended by my Dentist many years ago, the anti cavity one, there is more than one type.

Our dentist recommended this as it is alcohol-free: Ordinarily when you rinse after brushing you eliminate the fluoride from the toothpaste, and hence lose the hardening protection. Here you rinse for a minute after brushing, and then wait half an hour before before taking a drink of water. Or so he tells us. The seller shipped this and the price is the best weve found.
