> 24 hourI do boxing and it holds my gloves and gear pretty nicely in the main compartment! It also holds my running shoes on the side which is great! There are lots of pockets which is great for storing smaller items like my jump rope or makeup bag! Its great for on the go and still has room for extra clothes, towels, etc!
