Based on this stellar customer service I would give the product another try, but Ive already installed a bunch of inner cabinet locks and have no need now for any more locks ********************************************************************************************************** The unlocking process requires just the right amount of pressure on two small tabs. Not enough pressure and the gripping teeth will not disengage. Too much pressure and the whole U-shaped portion distorts enough that you cant separate the 2 pieces.

I actually bought these to thwart my cat from opening and hiding in my kitchen cabinets. We recently got a kitten whom, regretfully, my older cat HATES and actively tries to hide from. These took 5 seconds to install and now she cant try to open the cabinets at 2am and we have to hear THUMP THUMP THUMP whiles she wrestles them open. They are also very easy to open and I appreciate that they can be removed without a trace when the atmosphere improves between my cats (please let the atmosphere improve.....)

We have 3 kids and the first two didn’t get into my cabinets very much but our 3rd seemed to get into literally everything. These were a life saver bc even on cabinets with the small knobs they can just be put around them and still work. Would recommend to any parent!

These are amazing and you should buy them immediately!!! I didn’t want magnet locks or to have to install/attach anything to any cabinets in my house so when we found these I was in heaven!! They’re very easy to remove and deter my very curious toddler. Definitely recommend!!!

Good value, easy to install to maintain cabinet security. Unfortunately, these did not fit my cabinets with raised trim. The latch would not engage securely behind the door knobs and above trim. Item returned.

These work just fine and are large enough to fit all of the cabinets we installed them on. The main problem is that these come apart into 2 pieces, so they require 2 free hands to use and are a little tricky to get on in a hurry, compared to the single piece locks that can be taken off with one hand. All in all, they work just fine while they’re on, but you probably won’t want to use them on something you open often, like a pantry while cooking.

I was looking for cabinet locks that didnt require any screws or adhesive, and these were it. Super simple to use, and great value for the price. Yes, it doesnt look as great as those hidden locks with the magnets... but I dont have to worry about any damage to my cabinets, or about my little one accidentally getting his hands (or mouth) on the magnetic key.

Not long enough. I didn’t measure before hand though. My husband made them work by trimming back the plastic.

These child locks are not that attractive, but they are inexpensive & they really work. Easy to put on & take off. Kids are unable to figure it out. Great value for the price.

Love love love these! My cute 2yo just loved getting into the cupboards to pull out pans/appliances/food. (R.I.P mr.coffee machine). With these cabinet locks he hasn’t been able to cause as much mischief (at least in the kitchen cupboards). Super easy to put on and take off.
