I’ve been taking one of these every day during this whole pandemic. Knock on wood, I’ve not gotten sick. I’ve also felt more energized in general. I haven’t been tempted to take a nap after work. The taste is not bad at all. I just let it sit in a small cup of cold water. It’s not even bad enough to where you have to chug. I prefer the orange over the berry though, that’s for sure. I think I like the orange Emergen-C’s taste better but the fact that this comes in a tablet form wins. It’s so much easier to travel.
