First shipped remote did not work at all. Two sets of new batteries, and no indications of any activity (buttons do not light up). Did the Amazon return for new unit, and the SECOND remote also does nothing. Do yourself a favor and buy from a different company.

If you put in fresh batteries, you should be in business if you make sure you check the model number when ordering. I had a problem at first, but you have to put the batteries in properly if you want it to work. My fault. Otherwise I was stunned at how well it works.

My daughter lost my remote to my sound bar in our master bedroom. I had been listening to music the lady time I saw the remote and had it set to a sound setting not good for trying to hear talking in to shows and without the remote you can’t change the sound setting. Instead of having to buy a new sound bar, was able to pic this replacement up and it works great! Thank you!

I inserted fresh batteries, and it worked for about three weeks, then worked intermittently for about week, then stopped working completely. I changed the batteries; still doesn’t work.

Control works great, Really good replacement choice.

Sound. Bar is mounted high and the remote make it very convenient to control when needed.
