it is amazing but it does need some work to the training dummy

My son loves this sold out in many stores glad to find it here

My son liked the toy, but the joystick mechanism was stuck and does not work properly. Rather than snapping back in place like it should, it sticks when it is depressed all of the way. There was an option to return and refund the whole product (which I didnt want as my son likes and wants to keep the toys). I would like to just receive a replacement joystick instead, but this does not appear to be an option.
