> 24 hourThe Alienware 510K is a gorgeous low-profile, fast-actuating rgb keyboard. If thats what youre looking for, than Id say its a safe bet youll almost surely be happy with. Its only real drawbacks are basically the ones youd expect from Alienware, software and price. Pros: Beautiful RGB Excellent feel and speedy linear keys Quiet yet responsive Great media controls USB passthrough works well Quality hardware. The keys feel great, the cable is thick and durable, well packaged, and just holding this keyboard in your hands feels solid Cons: Price. Alienware Software. You have to use the latest Alienware Command Center. Now, if you are already using this for something else, the desktop, a mouse or what not, then this is a moot point mostly. But installing another, somewhat clunky software to customize the RGB and Macros is undesirable and it could benefit from from work. RGB profiles are still just a bit limited. The best example I can think of is that the Rainbow wave that makes this keyboard so beautiful is great, but for any serious long term use would want it to be slowed down, at the least, and right now the speed only goes so moderately low. So the software is a bit bulky, needs a little work, is sometimes clunky to customize manually and switch between profiles. But, it all seems to work well so far, and firmware updating was just an easy button press. Update: After a month of using this keyboard, Id say the quality still impresses me, and to be fair, its still cheaper than Logitechs comparable keyboard. The rubber feet on the back risers works great. Whats not nice is that theyve updated the Alienware Command Center, and still, unless youre using it for other things too, it can barely get the job done apart from choosing backlighting presets. Compared to almost every other keyboard, it majorly lacks preset color themes, ability to create your own themes, adjust speed. Software updates came and went and this hasnt changed, which leaves me to assume Alienware has washed their hands of it already. Im going to downgrade this to a 4 star for now, purely for the software, and hopefully theyll fix this.

> 24 hourmaterial is just standard plastic and gets dirty insanely easily. volume control can be difficult to reach but ultimately it is a great keyboard and easy to use, very nice looking. and keys can be removed easily by hand to clean under and go stable back on, the volume key on mine is loose for some reason though but no matter.

> 24 hourNice keyboard but color function dashboard will not show on mac OS. Returned for this reason. It would be nice if this was stated in product description.

> 24 hourGreat keyboard. Works very well. I love how fast the actuation and response is. The lighting is spot on. The only issue I have is I have to raise my monitor because the floating key style allows a large amount of light to be emitted from under the key caps and put a glow on my monitor.

> 24 hourPROS: I recently bought an Alienware PC and thought this keyboard would complete the set because it has Alienware on the bottom next to the spacebar and it lights up with RGB. Like, who doesnt like RGB. The sound scroll volume on the side is amazing also, I can watch shows or listen to music and just slide the scroll down to lower the volume. Also the hot keys on the keyboard lets me pause and skip the next song on Spotify. CONS: Let me tell you, if youre gaming, DO NOT get this keyboard, or if you have to type a lot for work or school. The keys are sooooooo sensitive. While playing Call of Duty, my fingers on WASD and the tacticals (grenade/flashbang) are on QE, my finger on W will barely touch it the keys QE and it automatically presses it, causing me to throw my tactical. Also, me just typing this review with this keyboard, my fingers touch the key next to the letter I push down, causing typos, causing sentences to look like this, (This is my regview for this keytboard, thsese are the mistakes it makes withouht deleting the mistakesd.) I went to a gaming event in my city, and the keyboards they had were 100% better than this one, the buttons actually had to be pressed for it to register, not breathed on like this one it feels like. Again, if you want this just for the looks, I recommend it 100%, but if youre gaming or typing a lot for work or for school. Go ahead and get a different keyboard, or else you will be pulling your hair out with all the typos or misplays on games from the sensitive keys.

> 24 hourThis was a holiday gift for my daughter. I know nothing about it. She is thrilled with it. That is all that matters.

> 24 hourI love this keyboard. I love the low profile keys. I love how the keyboard performs. The Alienware software is another story though. If you want to be able to use all the customization options they claim to have through their software, look elsewhere. The software just doesnt work. I have installed and reinstalled the software and the customization part simply doesnt do anything. I can see al l the options to change color, etc, but nothing works. In todays world, a program like this isnt all that advanced and youd think they could develop one that works properly. I guess Alienware just doesnt care enough to invest in their own product, which is unfortunate because the keyboard hardware is great.

> 24 hourI had only used normal keyboards and my brothers Steelseries Cherry Red switch keyboard before this. It is very quiet when compared to the Steelseries, which I absolutely love, and it is thinner in person. The pictures dont really show how thin it is, and it was a concern I had before I got it in hand. I used it for some CS:GO to test it out and 2 things were very clear: 1. These switch get triggered Very easily, even a little tap gets recognized 2. It is so comfortable to use. The switches are jarring at first but I adjusted quickly, and please dont use the feet because it is perfect laying flat. If you want a low profile keyboard but dont want to spend 210+ on the Logictech offerings go with this. Its still more than most should be willing to spend on a keyboard but for what I wanted it is perfect

> 24 hourI love the keyboard, however the key design is bad. They continuously fall off and break often. No support options for replacement keys basically render the keyboard worthless... upgrading to something better with support and replacement parts
