I already had several circuit testers with orange or red lights. The ONLY reason I purchased this was because the picture shows GREEN lights. Green means good, and if I see two green lights on the right side, Im comfortable that its wired right. So, I wait for this to get shipped from China, and go to use it AND THE LIGHTS ARE ORANGE! Arrrrrrrrgh!

I really haven’t had the chance to test this in full yet. I have tested several circuits and the tests proved positive ( I was the one who wired the circuits). I will in the next couple days rewire the circuits to see if this tester is accurate. I have tested a couple GFIC and they all tested well. I haven’t tested and AFIC. The construction seems to be of high quality. So far I am very pleased with my purchase. Good price too.

The all-sun Voltage Tester & GFCI Outlet Tester, Household Electrical Safety Kit (EM9807 GFCI Outlet Tester) is a decent product at a decent price. It does what an outlet tester is supposed to do and throws in a GCFI test function as well. The size is a bit on the large size but makes it easy to hold and easy to read when using. My only complaint is although the G1 and G2 indicators have green lenses, they glow bright orange when lit (see photos).

I was having issues with my GFCI circuit in my home. The breaker in my GFCI plug would pop occasionally. I was started to think that I might have issues with the wiring. After testing all the CFCI plugs with this tester I found that all tested ok, I started looking else where. Finally found that Sprinkler Timer was the culprit. It was over 20 years old. After replacing it, I have had no issues.
