The free salad bar is closed to rabbits for good! I positively adore this hardware cloth. Due to city ordinance, all homes built along the green belt in our community must have that black metal fencing with 4 inch spaced bars. The wild rabbits come and go as they please to devour my shrubs and flowers. They also use my lawn as a litter box which kills the grass. I had tried repellent sprays and pellets to no avail. A total block along the perimeter was the only way to go. I purchased 100 feet with the black vinyl coating. Being black coated it blends in very well with the metal fence and isn’t an eyesore. This hardware cloth is super easy to work with, cut and install, yet it is very sturdy. I LOVE IT! No more rabbit damage.

Would have given 5 stars but some warning with the unwrapping of the product. Weight is as expected for good quality product but a bit heavy for some less conditioned people. Also, 3 twist ties keep it wound like a spring. A little to close to it when I let the last go and it flung out at me, hit in the face, close to eye, drew blood. Please be careful! Otherwise, very functional, sturdy, recommend with above warnings!

I purchased this fabric in place of normal hardware cloth to deter predators from digging under my new chicken run. Its strength and durability is impressive. Very happy with the purchase!

Very good product. It is early to say about its durability but I liked the fence.

Starting from early spring, birds have been busy building nests under our solar panels. These birds are very noisy and they have made a big mess on the roof. A friend of mine suggested that I can build a protective screen around the solar panels using this product. So I purchased this PVC coated metal mesh from Amazon and hired a handyman to build a protective screens around my solar panels. It works, and the birds are now gone!

You can see in my photo that there are 2 pieces laid on top of each other, both are cut to the same dimensions 33 x 12 and as you can see one is almost an inch longer than the other, the other is easily half an inch wider that the other... In the second photo you can see the bowing of the wire, third photo shows how dramatically it is off. I dont think I can get a refund at this point because I got halfway through the roll before realizing how poorly spaced these are, making it useless for a project that requires edges to actually match up

Easy to shape and keeps out the squirrels and large birds like crakles

I have high hopes for this fencing. It was sturdy and tough from the get go. I can say this because immediately after removing the restraints and trying to unroll it, the fencing knocked me to my knees and tried to wrap me up, bug in a rug style. My second attempt yielded the same results. Im glad no one witnessed my humiliation. I finally managed to wrangle this tough guy into submission, much to all my rabbit friends dismay. Its been 2 weeks and they are still looking longingly at my veggies from the outside. Word of advice to any women who attempt to install this fence without help, make sure some one checks on you periodically to make sure the fence hasnt knocked you down and wrapped you up!
