It is a great alternative if you are spending way too much at the grocery store on epsomsalts.

Good value salt, but be prepared for the possibility the bags arrive rock hard and need a good amount of force to be broken down. Other times, your bag may arrive perfectly normal. While this generally isnt a big deal for me either way, it was a major annoyance after surgery, and could definitely cause a problem for some people.

My mother has fought with restless legs for years and this is the first product she has found relief from!!! She dissolves about a cup of this epsom salt in a small tub of warm/hot water and soaks her feet for about 15 minutes before bed. Works like a charm!!!!

This brand of epsom salt is healthy with no added ingredients. I used my Yuka app to rate it, and its better than most brands and less expensive!

We have to have our daughter soak her feet every day after ballet (she gets ingrown nails) and this is a great deal for a lot of salt. I did hurt my back picking up this box so be forewarned this is a heavy delivery. Lol. Other than that, the epsom salts work well and the price is right!

I needed it in my garden. I had to beat it with a hammer to reduce it to a powder so I could use it. It was like it had been wet or something. It came very fast and for the price I wont need to buy any more for a long time.

It works well for soaking away aches and pains.

Been using for a couple months and its amazing. The pain relief and relaxation has been incredible especially for the price compared to name brands. Ad your own essential oils for scent or additional effects like name brands As other reviews have stated the salts are a bit bigger than other name brands, so it does take a little longer to fully dissolve or hotter water, but thats not a negative for me personally.
