At first it was great. about 3 moths ago I lost power to the CPU, the CPU fan the motherboard lights up but no longer works. Now none of the fans on the computer work. I took it to bestbuy the geek squad said they think the CPU and motherboard are both shot. I bought this in November of 2021 hopefully its still under warranty and I can get a refund or replacement parts.

Ive had to send this back 2 times now. First time the PC would not boot due to faulty cpu, 3 weeks later after receiving a late refund I bought another one and this time the stock coolers fan was broken and came in a damaged box. This is unacceptable.

The processor is fantastic. The issue was the fan with the heat sink - clamping it was a little difficult, but it worked out. Great product, great performance.
