SO much easier to use than the small jars that you have to stick a toothpick in.

As a cake decorator you tend to use more of certain colors than others. I like that this is available in a larger bottle. Its easy to pour straight from the bottle into my icing with no toothpick usage. Color is vibrant and mixes well into the icing

The color did its job! Great color and did not effect flavor.

I really enjoy using the americolor gel colors for coloring my icings, whipped creams, and glaze.
