> 24 hourLiked the cable system Disliked the zipties because they were twistyties not zipties. Not sturdy enough for hanging outdoor lights

> 24 hourI installed some lights with this system. It lasted about 2 months before wind caused it to come down. It is a nice kit, but not heavy enough to stand up to regular use.

> 24 hourItems are cheap, light weight, cable snapped and holding a lot less weight then what they claimed it could hold. Clips and turn buckles are light weight…. Didn’t even try using them, and bought sturdier ones….which they worked fine— it’s just the cable was cheap and snapped.

> 24 hourFirst - there is a recent review by Sean indicating the wire rope doesnt fit. It DOES fit if you strip the vinyl coating off. Ill note is the same for most wire rope terminations with vinyl coated wire. Once you strip it off (I used a utility knife and vice grips) you can easily create terminations. Overall really great kit to put up string lights - really is everything you need to put up a set at a really great price point. Noteable: - The 130 pieces are black twist ties not zip ties - I had thought they were zip ties think its reasonably clear if you read more but I missed it when I looked at the picture. In the end think the twist ties work better than the zip ties. Cons: - Lack of instructions (see first item) - think if youre reasonably familiar with wire rope you can fake your way through it but some guidance on what recommended interconnections to use (ie turnbuckle vs carabiner vs hook vs eye strap) - I used mostly turnbuckle to hook but in retrospect turnbuckle to eye strap may have been a marginally better choice. - When you cut wire rope the end will try to fray which the kit didnt provide anything or any instruction on how to deal with that - I used cable end caps from the bike parts bin but think tape works as well

> 24 hourUsed as a messenger wire for my outdoor lights. Nice coated wire, plenty of hanging hardware options. Good value for the price!

> 24 hourFine kit and all, but did not come with the necessary cable clamps, so I had to buy those separately even though it clearly states they would be in there.

> 24 hourThey give these locking pieces but they’re too small to thread the wire through. Super annoying to get all set to do this project finally and now have to go get something else.

> 24 hourBought this product because I needed the wire for my string lights. It was easy to use and looks like it will last a while.
