I bought it for a pair of parakeet and they like it very much. I would recommend the product.

I love this, and so do my two parakeets. Super cute and well made.

For a while my bird avoided the side of the cage I put the little house in.... she now goes over to that side of the cage but she still avoids the house.

The coconut hut itself seems fine, small bits of exposed hot glue that are easy to take off and it’s a good size coconut. But the ladder did not come with it.

Id say give it a few weeks once in the cage. My birds were not interested at first. One day they discovered it, and now its their favorite hangout. Too cute to see them play inside. Made well.

I use it for my small hermit crabs.

My parakeets love these nests. They do chew on the twine. But if you are a handy person you can restring the ladder. I bought 4 so no fighting over them.

I bought this little coconut to expand my bird, Bob’s, living space. I put his favorite treats inside to get him used to it. He will approach it to get some of his favorite treats but he really doesn’t use it to get comfortable or as a retreat. I thought it would be a safe place for him if he got scared. But he doesn’t use it like that. I cannot give it five stars just because Bob doesn’t like it, can I?
