> 3 dayI already owned one of these wireless charging stands and liked it so much I ordered three more, one for my office and two for our camper. There was a small issue with one of the new ones and I called the Anker Customer Service line. Justin was very knowledgeable and polite and offered several suggestions to correct the issue but nothing seemed to make it work reliably every time. In less than five minutes he issued an order to replace the questionable item and said there was no need to send the bad one back. In two days the new unit arrived and all works flawlessly now. Love Anker products and their customer service is second to none.
