Ive had the PowerPort 4 for about 2 months now, and so far its performing exactly as advertised. Ive used it to charge a variety of devices with USB connectors, not just our iPhones and iPads. It seems to give a quicker charge than the chargers that came with the various devices, but I havent run any timed tests to confirm it. What I really appreciate, though, is that I can charge 4 devices at the same time while only using up half of an electrical outlet I bought a second one for myself and got a third one to give to a friend for Christmas. I would (and have) recommend it to a friend

Its okay (three stars) only because its heavy and tips when I put it into the wall socket. I suppose all wall chargers that charge several products will be on the heavy side. I use it but also use my single item chargers as they weigh less and dont tip over when I plug them in.

1. Product exterior – The PowerPort 4 has a white gloss finish with some light grey on the USB port area. The overall finish off this device is something you would expect of Anker. Ive reviewed the Power Port 2 a few weeks ago, and the key difference between the two is the number of USB ports, this one has 4, 40W (2.4 amps each port or 8 amps overall).

Yay! A solution for our home office at a reasonable price. We were constantly unplugging USB cables to accommodate different pieces of equipment in our office. Searching for a multiple outlet charging bay that was affordable proved more challenging than we thought. Then we found this one, problems solved. It is compact and discreet, plugs in easily, and allows for four items to charge quickly, efficiently, and simultaneously without allowing any particular item to charge faster than others. We have been using for a couple of months now and it is still working well. Highly recommend this product to others.
