Having used slimline HDMI leads for fairly short peripheral connections to my OLED smart TV, I required a longer 2m cable for another device. Having found that the slimline cables may not be up to the purpose due to size fornfull data transfer rates at this length, I purchased this Anker cable.

I’ve always went with Anker cables, and this one doesn’t disappoint! Ended up buying 4 to use on all my new electronic devices in my entertainment center!

Does cable quality matter? Absolutely! These Anker 8K HDMI cables are of great quality; the construction is very good, yet the cables are flexible enough to be guided well behind my new Sony OLED TV, and the picture and sound quality are impeccable. I highly recommend them.

I had better resolution with my monster 4k HDMI cable. My LG tv is listed as being compatible and it made the resolution so much worse then what it was… was this false advertising or did I get a defective cable.. but I literally yelped when I plugged and turned on my tv and device… it’s terrible.
