> 3 dayI just upgraded to MacBook Pro with USB type C connectors. All my accessories are USB type A. I bought these to connect things while I contemplate which hub I want. They are great. They will plug concurrently on the same side and there has been no problem communicating with any accessory so far which include iPhone, HDDs, thumb drives, and Apples DVD player/recorder. All functions appear normal. I would recommend these.

> 3 dayWorks find converting USB TO USB-C, but on MacBooks (at least the touch bar MacBooks), it will drain your battery even during sleep. This is an issue with the MacBook, not this converter. Just be aware if your computer battery is at 0% in the morning.

> 3 dayIt works fast enough for a mouse and video capture card. They also feel pretty sturdy.

Greater than one weekI would order more if these because they are handy… but they are very pricy….

> 3 dayThe best thing about this is that you can put both of them side by side on the Mac Book Pro and they fit. The material is solid. And theyre Anker. That says it. I am so far satisfied with it and I hope Anker never lets me down because if it proves not worthy, I definitely will update this review.

08-04-2025I have two usb-c ports on my Dell docking station. I needed an additional USB port. This product did the trick! Plugged it in, plugged my dongle for a mouse and it just worked. It is small and looks great. What more can you ask?

> 3 dayThis works well with my new MacBook Pro. It fits snug as doesn’t take up a lot of space and doesn’t lose its connection.

Greater than one weekA nice add to the collection of assorted cables that we all amassed through the years. It seems all new products use USB C and most of the older devices used USB A-or B. Useful for plugging non USB C items into the newer devices.
