Great laptop, fast snd no crashes, only issue is I use the right shift key and on this lap top that key is very small I keep hitting wrong place and moving curser, is taking some getting used to.

Remember when computers would just crash and present a blue screen? This one does the same thing with a blackish-gray screen of death. I guess it was cheap for a reason.
