...which is all that you want in an acrylic sheet. They dont fit on my 400mm honeycomb bed, but I knew that going in (theyre just a hair too long). It might be nice to have a 12 x 400mm option though...just a thought. Im very pleased with my purchase and Im looking forward to cutting these with my Laser Falcon 10W 455nm diode laser. Hopefully the project(s) will come out nice.

I love when you come across a great company, providing great products, and not charging an arm and a leg for them. Thats exactly what you have here. No matter what kind of project youre working on, Im sure these guys have what you need. Like this 1foot square piece of plexi-glass. You can see the quality immediately, without even removing the protective film from the sides. This piece of plexi-glass is thick enough you can see the clarity and precision cut lines just from looking at the sides. This square was perfect for the shadow box/display box Im working on to show off a few of the nicer crystals Ive found while crystal hunting with friends. Ill update this review with pictures once its completed. The best part of plexi-glass is its durability. Its nice to know you dont have to worry about it breaking. In the event it ever gets scratched up or damaged, you can just sand out the imperfections or scratches with a 3 step sanding process and buff it back to its original beauty. For projects that pass the tests of time. I highly recommend the product, the company, and all their other high quality products. I forgot to mention, this plexi-glass is customizable, and can be cut and altered at home to fit your needs but I always found the factory precision cuts to look better so I build around the size I have, or order the exact size I need. Way less work too.

The item came wrapped in bubble wrap and well protected. No scratches and the protective coating is intact. Everything seems exactly as it should be with a sheet of acrylic. These are a good price and cost way more at craft or specialty retailers. Looking forward to utilizing this in some of my designs.

These came well packaged in bubble wrap and are a nice black piece of acrylic. I plan on using them for a new project for a face plate. Should be lovely.

For my home shop now, and not having the need to stock full master sheets of plastics, I saw the 12” square by ½” thick pre-cut sheet as an opportunity to add it to my inventory of materials for small prototype projects. I do a number of prototype product designs using small plastic inserts. While half-inch isn’t a common thickness for our industry, (1/4” is), it can be used for ‘edge lighting’ panels and applications where the panel will have to bear some stress or weight. Half inch is also a designer-thickness. So I just felt that for the price, this pre-cut a worthwhile inventory investment. Not having our lasers at my home shop, and because most of my projects here use ‘straight cuts’, I’ll be using my precision circular-saw with our plastic/plexiglass/acrylic blade. While the vendor page refers to, and Ill paraphrase, easy fabricating of this sheet, Id caution that for mechanical fabricating (not that laser setups are easy), proper blades and tool setups as well as secure clamping of the plastic is very important to avoid chipping/cracking and insure a clean cut.

I got this to make a base plate for my router sled. It worked perfectly. Nice and clear and sturdy.

I like the paper film attached to both sides of this cast acrylic - easier to remove (and less fumes) than plastic films that are on extruded (and even some cast) sheets. This sheet arrived in good shape, with sharp (usable) side edges and no chips on the corners. Im going to use it on my K40 laser cutter, but since Ive never cut anything this thick before, Ill do some research beforehand so I dont waste too much. Ill update this review after Im successful (or not).
