This is a great product for its capability. It tracks the RFID card, Key Fob and any numerical number you assign. Once I was explained how to use the monitoring system it was easy to navigate. Making our property keyless was a goal that can now be achieved with the product at a fraction of the cost for a Security Company to install. Tech Support was very quick to respond even after sending an email 1 hr later. I have already purchased another unit for another building al will buy more when ready. Thank you!

System works with no problems for last 3 years

We installed the system at our business location as I was sick and tired of issuing and keeping track of keys! The system installed pretty easily and we had it operating in a few hours. The longest time was running wires but even that was not difficult. There are several big positives and a few minor negatives - the positives are it works well, there are a ton of fobs and cards and they were easy to program for each of my staff. Having 50 fobs and 50 cards is a big advantage of this system - its a very generous package. Also the door openers are nicely manufactured and very solid. Tech support was excellent and very fast and answered our questions almost instantly. This was great. Regarding the minor negatives - I would really like a fully configured wiring diagram with written instructions as you would a normal manual. In this case, the seller has made a stack of videos that while helpful, actually take more time to review multiple videos and I think it would enhance the system if they just made a real instruction manual! I almost made one myself!! Another minor issue is it wd be nice if the on board connectors allowed wires to be inserted vertically instead of horizontally as its hard to get them in when the box is mounted on the wall. Its not a big issue . Apart from that, this seems a really good value system. I will monitor it over the next year or so to see how it holds up since we are now totally committed to this system.

If I was able to rate it higher, I would. Product is very good. I have a 5000 square foot indoor golf center, and I was able to secure the (3) exterior doors, and (1) inner door, and be able to monitor my staff and contractors entry without being on site. Initially I had difficulty with the software, but I wrote to the seller via email provided for support, and I was quickly directed to exactly what to do, and problem resolved. I am definitely willing to purchase from this seller again, and this product is well worth the money, considering I was quoted over $2,000 for doing the same with a local contractor.

Installed in Fire house. They wanted to use Key tags and pin#s Emailed support they very responsive and helped me set that up. keep in mind support is china based so you may have to wait one day for your response or email late at night. lots of video instruction and example pictures with documentation. will soon be ordering another 4 door controller to tie to existing one for more doors.

I looked at getting a system like this installed from local companies but the price was very high and they often wanted to charge monthly fees. I ordered this system online and my husband installed it. It does need to be installed by someone who is a handy person but if you can install it yourself you will save money compared with purchasing other system on the market. We decided to order additional parts as well to expand our package and we received prompt responses to all of our questions. The seller of this product is very knowledgeable and he will quickly answer any questions that you have an help guide you with the installation if needed. It works well and we saved money. We assigned each employee a entry badge and we can see the times that they enter and exit our facility on our computer.
