This product did not come with a mounting bracket!!! Only screws which made it impossible to mount to the wall. I had to order two because both were bent on delivery. It still is a sleek looking towel holder but I will have to buy something else just to attach it.

Only negative is it doesn’t come with directions (or mine were just missing) but came here to find out how to get the back piece off to install it. Super easy, sturdy install - very happy.

Great product. It was exactly what I expected.

Nice clean, modern look fits our bathroom perfectly. I screwed the plate onto the wall in the wrong direction at first, so make sure to watch for that. Otherwise, install was super easy and they provided drywall anchors, which was nice. Its been solidly attached to our wall and functioning for a month and we like it a lot!

Easy to install. Most towel rings I looked at have a ugly plastic grommet where the ring is attached the wall piece. This does not have a ugly plastic grommet. Entire product is black and great quality.
