> 3 dayI went from an Early 2015 MacBook Pro 13 inch Retina display to this unit. The older computer had over 1600 battery cycles on it, but was still working well (just with more frequent charging needed). This one has a more robust battery, and Im putting about 10 battery cycles on it each month. Im really enjoying the larger screen, and the Touch ID feature is great. Yes, it is weighs a bit more, but Im glad I didnt let that stop me.

> 3 dayIt was very easy to set up and transfer my information from my old apple to my new one. No problems at all. I like the index finger ID. Has been working well so far.

> 3 daySimply the best laptop I’ve owned. I didn’t need a smaller more portable laptop so I went with the 16 inch and I don’t regret it. I compared the 14 inch and 16 inch at my local Apple Store and really liked the Space Gray over the Silver. My laptop was delivered in 2 days in perfect condition! Highly recommend you check out the various reviews of the 14/16 inch MacBook Pro’s by MaxTech on YouTube.

Greater than one weekI come from the 13-inch model, it feels quite comfortable to have a very large screen, and at the same time I dont get used to it, I feel that it is too big, I recommend the 14-inch model if you are looking for portability, but this is incredible!

18-04-2025This is an amazing machine; however, my unit appears to have a flaw. It does not charge when shut down and the case is closed. Many people on forums have the same problem. Fortunately, Apple has been very good about addressing this problem with me.

> 3 dayIf you are a photographer looking at this laptop to edit pics - I would advise you to stay away from this mac! I run lightroom for photo editing and this laptop struggles to run light room. When switching between pictures it takes from 8 to 15 seconds for the next picture to come up - it handles the editing part fine, it just cant handle switching photos without lagging. I also have a problem with it not showing my sd cards and external hard drive. I bought this for the larger screen and what I thought would be a faster laptop but I find myself going back to my 5 year old 13 inch mac. I have found some tips for this problem online but none seem to work for me.
