> 3 dayits a great machine, but removing the touch bar and going back to old skool hdmi and charger? why? No option of the new machine with those as options? lame.

Greater than one weekOrdered through Amazon the MacBook Pro arrived as expected on Thursday, April 6th. Wanting to put it to use immediately, I opened the package immediately and tried to get it working. Unfortunately there was no instruction manual. I plugged it in and pressed the key to start, but found the task impossible. I was expecting the desktop page would be the first item on the screen, but it was not. A series of questions had first to be answered, with each question followed by a Back or Continue link. I had no problem with the first few questions, but when it came to Transfer Information to this Mac I was unable to supply the information that enabled me to Continue from this point. I tried a dozen or more times with different information that I thought might help, but to my huge disappointment I was unable to do ANYTHING ELSE on the MacBook Pro, and it was of no help to me over the whole week end.

> 3 dayVery good and durable laptop, but I missed the touch bar in the older models and the laptop is a little bit heavier than older models

> 3 dayBeen watching it for a while & bought it at $250 off. Its a great upgrade from the 7 year old MacBook Pro. The battery is lasting 2-3 time longer and only had to find two new apps to replace the ones that wont work on an M2pro.

> 3 dayThis is a great computer. However, EVERY INTEL BASED APP, which are most apps, is extremely buggy. I traded in probably the worlds slowest computer (2016 MacBook 12 inch) for this, and I would rather it over this one. It has made my life AWFUL! Do not waste 2 thousand dollars.

> 3 dayI’m glad they got rid of the Touch Bar. I prefer real buttons. However, the Touch ID is nice. Overall the new Pro is a worthy upgrade.
