Apple iPad mini 7.9 inches (Early 2019 ) 256GB, WiFi Only - Space Gray (Renewed)

I am pleasantly surprised by the performance of this product so far. I have never purchased a refurbished product so I must admit my reservations but so far so good.

We got a great deal on this iPad (Gen 5 2019) renewed or refurbished which ever you want to call it. It works great with just a touch of wear and tear, which was absolutely worth it. There were two down falls that some people may be bothered by, first it does not come in the original box. That’s not a deal break for us and it was packages great for protection. Second, it did come with a charger but the one we got was an used after market charger that was broken. I don’t think it would be worth trying to get a replacement charger because it would just be another lower end adapter marker charger so we’ll just use our old iPad charger for now.

My old iPad died on me, so I bought this one and I am very pleased with it. It was delivered fast. Everything was in mint condition and works perfectly well; the cable and charger are not the original ones, but they do the work, no problem. I will buy renewed again.

Great sized iPad. I was hesitant to go for the mini but am glad I did. I’m also very glad I bought Amazon renewed, the product arrived with no external damage or internal issues.

Full disclosure right up front: I am NOT an Apple computer, phone, or tablet fan. I am in fact both a Samsung brand loyalist and a Google brand loyalist. That said, Im very much cognizant of the fact that Im trading device stability in exchange for an increase in device customization and system control. Well, that statement pretty much sums up why I decided to purchase an Apple product for the first time ever.

This iPad Mini 5 was listed as Refurbished - Excellent. That was true! There is not one blemish on the case or the screen. The only way I would know that it is not new is the decline of the battery. But it’s not too bad. I get about 7-8 hours before recharging. I have used it extensively during the two weeks that I’ve had it - at least five hours a day. I appreciate the 90-day return policy and want to use it to my advantage. The Mini was well packaged and arrived promptly. I would buy with confidence. I am very pleased with the price and the quality. I know I will get several years of use from this iPad Mini. I’m grateful that it is everything I hoped for. Its size is more comfortable for daily use I have an iPhone SE 2020 and an iPad 9.7”. While I enjoy both of those, this Mini is filling a need I didn’t know I had. It’s my Goldilocks size.

The charging port/data connection malfunctioned and per Apple, the unit needs to be replaced. I logged on 3 times to attempt to resolve the issue with AMAZON and the seller to no avail. Super disappointed.
