> 3 dayThis Ipad has given me issues from the start and I dont think theres any way to get a refund or exchange it. The touch screen barely works, and it takes hours on end for it to charge. It also decides to charge whenever it wants.

> 3 dayPleasantly surprised! This review is approximately 1 week post-delivery. My iPad Pro 9.7 (2017) arrived in a plain brown box with charging cord and a Samsung fast charge wall plug (as expected). The tablet was flawless on the outside (not one scratch or scuff). It has achieved a 100% battery charge with every charge session, and seems to maintain a charge for the time frame expected for the model. The screen is responsive to touch and pencil, and I have had no issues pairing with Airpods or any other Bluetooth device. The sound quality is good. I have not had the opportunity to test the cellular component of the iPad yet. However, the seller kindly provided materials (sim card) from a company offering a free trial of data for my iPad! I really appreciate the seller including this, and a chance to test the cellular data without having to add to my phone plan yet. I am an Apple Newbie, so I am still discovering all that this iPad Pro has to offer. So, should I discover a noteworthy issue later I will revise my review.
