Received on time only flaw it had wrong charger. Other than that no isdues

Will use this product as a tool for my songwriting and music creation.

Randomly and incessantly sounds the charging chime.

I have not use this iPad yet. Just opened. Very disappointed because seller did not send the correct iPad charger. See picture attached

Not what I wanted

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this iPad. Everyone thinks it’s new. Great price !

Reluctant to buy, but new Amazon would stand behind my purchase. First iPad was DOA and I returned and received another one two days later. It works great. Would recommend the vendor and this product. We use this tablet to conduct Square credit card transactions and it is very fast. The WIFI also seems to be stronger than my old iPad.

(FYI first, I know most people probably want to know, yes iOS 15 works on this iPad Pro flawlessly) My only dislike is that , like most people I received a generic charger which wouldn’t charge my iPad, thank goodness I work with technology on the daily and knew that was the issue. This could leave someone in knowledgeable of the issue to think they got a bad iPad that won’t charge. I hope the seller reads this, the minimum wattage shouldn’t be under 12watts for the charger, if you don’t have that it won’t charge.

Great pad

I just received this iPad pro 9.7 and I am very pleased with it so far for its price. I also bought a renewed apple pencil to go with it and they paired perfectly. I have never owned an apple product in my life and it was a bit hard to figure it out, but doable. I bought this for procreate and basically a portable device for my business as my laptop is quite heavy. I downloaded all the apps I use on my samsung phone and then some, no problems anywhere with that. It turned on and was at 88% and an hour later is on 72%, so a decent battery so far. The price was amazing for what I got and hope I dont have to update this review with something bad. The only issue I have is a giant scratch across the back of it, but Ill always have a case on it, so no one will ever see it anyway. Glass screen protector went on and case went on just fine! Excited to use this for my business, and glad I wasnt one of the duds that these reviews talk about.
