Love it.....came as describe and in gr ed at condition everything works perfectly.

Not sure why there’s so many bad reviews. I’ve had mine a couple weeks now and I love it. I’ve been wanting a iPad for awhile but can’t make myself pay $1,000+ for one. I figured if I didn’t like this one I’d send it back but I love it so I’ll be keeping it.

The battery dies too fast, even while it’s on the charger.

My lovely wife, who is at heart a Luddite, but has become fond to the point of addiction to her iPad, finds said iPad often quits in the middle of some urgent research in the state of the world according to the Daily Mail or other august journal. Anyway, after being on the phone with Apple, they said, yes, update the software because the old version is buggy. In fact so buggy that it would not autoupdate. Anyway. Still steps out at critical moments of wifely mirth requiring an immediate service call halt to whatever I was doing. So I got her a new one. This one. Figured it was a bad memory chip. Well the new one doesnt like Daily Mail any better than her old one. Still crashes as often. So no better than a 2 year old version even though it now has 4x more RAM. Disappointed. She has now commandeered my iPad Pro which I use for work. Problem kind of solved until I need it which in the current environment does not portend travel anytime soon. But its too big for her (keep jokes here to yourself) and she wants the small one back and working. OK, diagnostic ville here I come. Anyway. Not something that should happen to a brand new iPad. Disappointed. TIme for an iPad folding test.

Bought this so I could do video talks with grand kids . Made it easier because they have iPhones . Don’t like how apple product work that’s why I got rid of my iPhone . But great for the purpose I bought it for.
