Worked perfectly for leapfrog academy! Was so worried that it would not fit due to the fact it was stated it would fit the epic didnt say anything about the Academy that seems to have a larger rubber bumper but this case was perfect!

For careful use and travel, this case is reasonably priced. If it will be handled roughly by a younger child, I would opt for a sturdier case. It is decent for intended use.

Does great for protection when my grandson has it.

Purchased the LeapFrog LeapPad Academy edition. Chose the bundle pack - Pad, Hard Case and screen protectors. All three products had 5 star reviews. My grandson is 3 and his father is teaching him how to be responsible for his “work” and play items. The hard case is perfect for its purpose, and I like the fact that the sturdy bumper/gripper enclosure does not have to be removed to fit in the case. Perfect for small hands.

My granddaughter loves it

It’s a snug fit for the LeapPad Epic. Barely zips when you pack charger in with it. I am concerned for how long it will last as there isn’t much room for the power source, but after a week of rough handing by a 5 year old who runs on diesel it is still going strong.
